Growing up, I was always skinny and insecure about my body. No muscle, no confidence, constantly feeling uncomfortable in my own skin.

I got into the gym at 15, trying every supplement in the hope of finally putting on muscle. As I got older, frustration turned into bad habits, I started to drink alot of alcohol and takr drugs and I found myself stuck and going nowhere.

Eventually, I had enough.
